Payment Plans

  1. In office payment plans spread over the course of your treatment with no finance charges.

  2. If you have insurance we will bill your insurance company.  You will only have to pay your co-payment as long as your insurance company pays their portion.

  3. We give a 5% discount for paying in full at the beginning of treatment.

  4. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

  5. We also accept Care Credit which is an independent company that provides longer term financing with interest.  Please click on the Care Credit button to view their website.
