Orthodontic treatment with Jaw surgery

This patient initially started treatment at another orthodontist due to an "Overbite" and "Small Jaw". Her mother was told that wearing a Herbst appliance would make her jaw grow larger. While her bite was much improved she still had a very small jaw and chin and was not satisfied with her result

This patient was re-treated by Dr. Butchart using braces and jaw surgery to correct her small mandible (lower jaw) size.
